No Cancellation, No Refund
Please be advised that once a booking is made and payment is received, cancellations are not allowed, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Appointment Changes
- Date Changes: Customers are allowed to change the date of their appointment
- Time Frame: Changes to the appointment date can be made up to 6 months from the original payment date.
- How to Change: To change the date of your appointment, please contact our customer service team at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment.
Acknowledgment
By making a booking and completing the payment, you acknowledge that you have agreed to this No Cancellation Policy.
